This one pours a light brown, with a small head and minimal lacing.
Smells like leathery funk, lemony citrus, toffee and caramel.
This is a well defined brown sour, as all the flavors are distinct and mesh well together. The malt backbone works behind the wildness, toffee and carame mainly, sweet but not too much, with some farmhouse old leather funk up front, and light citrusy tartness.
This is medium bodied, but light on the palate, with a good level of carbonation.
