The aroma offers earthy qualities, fresh grass, citrus.
The beer hits up front with a lemon tart quality, but also a minterality underlying the beer. onto some grassy and grapefruit bitterness on the finish.

Interesting sour fermented exclusively with Lacto, no yeast, and hopped with Columbus.
Looks cloudy, straw, about an inch of white head. Smell is hoppy up front, with pine, lemon, and a bit of funk.
Taste is not as sour as expected, but still quite citric and dry, good amount of funk too.
Feels fuller than a 3% ABV beer, very refreshing yet not thin by any means.
Interesting beer, first I've had that's 100% Lacto, worth a taste if found on tap.
