On tap at Rattle n Hum, NYC. This brrewer is new tom so I had no reference besides a hope that the name was play on words. I t seems I was correct.
There is the slightest hint of heat/chocolate & fruitiness that I would expect from a good mole sauce.
A deep ruby brown with little head & no lacing caps a chocolate hint in the aroma. The heat is upon you up front with a edium richness in texture.
It`s easy to see this is a well built brew that hits the spot. Kudos

Cinnamon and slight chili sent aroma accompanies a smooth jet black beer. Silky, creamy mocha head and lush, velvety body. Sweet chocolate truffle, very subtle fruitiness, cinnamon dust and a little bitter espresso. Heat from chilis builds but always has a great balance.

The beer smacks of chili upfront and a sweet caramel sweetness, along with milk chocolate. It moves onto a dance of cinnamon with more lingering spice with a smooth medium plus mouthfeel. The heat on the beer hits the sinus gently and lingers throughout the experience. A chili forward stout, but still with sweetness to balance out the brew. A well executed "spicy stout
