Pours an opaque and luminous golden yellow. Plenty of visible carbonation yields a small head that dissipates to nothing quickly. Restrained but pleasant nose of white grapes, tart pineapple, and light barnyard hay. The taste explodes first with huge overripe tropical fruits, red berries, and funk before segueing into a dry, vinous finish akin to Chardonnay or Prosecco. Full mouthfeel with the perfect amount of carbonation; a real pleasure to drink.

Strawberry blonde hue. Ivory head.
Sweet aroma. Bottom of the barrel mango pulp; stone fruit.
Pillowy feel with overlapping tartness. Lacks substantial dryness
Dragonfruit, lychee, and mandarin peel. Citrus forward . At the center i find a toasty tobacco barn surrounded by blueberriy bushes.
