An almost clear white gold pour is topped briefly by a finger of white foam that leaves a bare cap and visible carbonation bubbles, and no lace on glass.
Overripe fruit funk, doughy sweet, and yeasty tart lead the med.'full aroma parade. Some righteous undernotes of lemon, oak flavor, and even lighter spicy notes make for a delectable bouquet.
Mmm it's a perfectly balanced blend of above flavors, with a rising tide of tart to end the sip. As it warms some earthy notes accompany the tart fruity notes and very light spice, and make the end of sip dry and wonderful.
Beautifully viscous for a lingering treat on the palate, yet bright flavored and refreshing. Low carb. just seals the deal, allowing the flavors to shine.
Wonderful beer that I recommend highly despite this being the last bottle of the run.

"Sour farmhouse ale aged in oak, blended, and dry hopped with Citra.
On tap at Draught Industries in Beacon, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy light orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells primarily like tart lemony hops, with a crisp grassy aroma, and some dank Citra aromas.
This tastes pretty great- it's cool to see this brewery still pumping out awesome beers, even with their former brewers heading off Hudson Valley Brewery. I get oak, fruity Smarties candy, tons of Citra hops, lemon sour candies, grassy hops, and hay funk.
This has a very light body, and it's crisp and very clean. It's awesomely refreshing in the heat.
This was definitely a very enjoyable beer. I need to revisit this brewery's beers again.
