Cold 33 cl bottle, poured into a shaker glass, at a Vietnamese restaurant in Toulouse, France.
Bright yellow, small foam, well carbonated, clean aromas of lemon peel and wet cardboard. Slightly sharp initial taste on the tongue, followed by lemon peel, finishes a bit sweet - which is welcomed.
Light body in the mouth. Medium-high fizz.
Overall, a compliment to Vietnamese food, probably quaffable on a hot afternoon.
