The color is a light orange-bronze with a bleached tan head--a nice combo. The head is fast-fading. Smell is grainy and pleasant--but faint. The taste is rugged grains and malts, a bit sweet in the mouth. Slight hop dryness at the conclusion.
The mouthfeel is a bit too ordinary, which hurt the drinkability as well in my eyes--or tastebuds. I like this beer--not too complex, but it has a raw edge.

Transparent light orange and yellow body, white (with a touch of yellow) decent head. Bread and malt aroma. Round flavor, maltiness unseen in any other major japanese beer. A firm bitterness on the finish was pleasant. A refreshing change in th sea of bland.
My bottle said it was 6% alc.
