This is a crazy looking beer: enormous thin white bathtub bubbles over a crystal clear pale body.
The smell is sweet--but with character, a little bit like that of a wit beer. Light overall.
The taste is also getting towards that of a wit beer, but never completely shows up. Medium to light body. There's an interesting side taste that runs along side the light hop finish that I found salty and wanted to call...dill pickles--but I won't. A fairly complex brew.
Pretty good mouthfeel, and a totally surprising quality mediocre brew. I don't like wine nouveau, but I might like beer nouveau. But I'm not sure.

Ingredients: Malts, Hops.
Alc. 5%
I was surprised at the length of finish on this clean and refreshing beer. Not the shocking dryness of most Japanese beers, but still karakuchi. The head was beautiful and long lasting. There was a nice full flavor (barley?) that lingered pleasantly at the back of the palate. A simple beer with average aroma, Refreshing!
