Hand-pulled half pint at the 2012 Shrewsbury Beer Festival on 1st Nov).
Light amber with a thin white head.
Fruity from the off: I think the reciept may have changed from the last time this was brewed because the fest tasting notes mention Lager Malts and First Gold Hops, where as Cascade Hops are noted in the 2009 version.
This is a malt led brew with a dry hop finish, light in everything though, it is fruity but you have to reach for the flavours, they don't leap out at you. An OK beer, but I'd have liked some more 'umph' in everything.
