Had this one on the first day of Volo Cask Days. Murky caramel colour, definitely not completely cleared yet. Big grapefruit aroma, leafy hops, caramel maltiness, and faint alcohol. Sharp bitter bite to start, you can tell there's a lot of malt here, but it's buried underneath a lot of grapefruit and citrusy hop flavour. Bitterness becomes sharp again at the finish and it becomes a bit salty. Dry at the end, seemingly from the high hopping rate. Great effort and I wish I had tried it on the second day, after it had time to mature a little more.

Grapefruit aroma, cloudy orange unfiltered but smooth look. Nicely hopped, a hophead gets his fix here, well carbonated. Decent, smooth fuit and tea but emphasis smooth IPA taste. Volo cask Days. Well balanced and a good effort. This brewery is up-and-coming.

Pours a very cloudy orange, looks like iced tea. Almost no head and no lace due to cask. Smell is great, lots of apricot, floral and some pine, very fruity. Taste is a different story. Some apricot in the beginning, and fruit with some floral hops but then it goes into a strange medicinal and bitter tea finish. Very bitter and not in a good way. Mouthfeel was full bodied and low carbonation.
