A bitter and non-descript green vegetable smell. Volo Cask Days 2007. A light brown pumpkin cloudy colour. Vegetable taste, and not V-8 juice. A bit acidic, not too drinkable. One of the least of Heritage on cask, waiting for the redeemer ale. May work as a beer for cooking actual squash soup.

Volo Cask Days 07.
A: Hazy amber-brown, no head (gravity pour from cask).
S: Pumpkin pie spice, fruity esters and brown sugar.
T: Assertive bitterness, grainy biscuit, nut, caramel, good spicing.
M: Really attenuated and dry, lightly carbonated, slight acidity.
D: Decent drinker.
Personally, I'd like a little more residual sweetness in a pumpkin beer.
