This beer is also known as their coffee stout (the name being a reference to Speeder and Earl's Coffee here in Burlington). Off the tap it was an opaque black color with a tan head that displayed good retention and curtains of fine lacing. The aroma was full of espresso but not much else. The flavors were also dominated by the big coffee flavor that was bitter and bean-like with roasted malt, hints of wood and semi-sweet chocolate. The mouthfeel was smooth as silk but a little watery, the carbonation being too soft and the body was medium/full.

Noticed this on tap today and had to have it.
Poured a deep black color with a thin brown head. Aroma was one of coffee beans. Very smooth and rich. Much like espresso. Taste was very smooth and creamy with a very good roasted coffee aftertaste. Don't know the ABV but I'm going to guess that it's more of a foreign/export stout because it was strong.
Very good beer though! Cheers to Glenn for this one.
