This brew is more commonly referred to as their Belgian Tripel. Simple is good. Off their tap it was a cloudy gold color with almost no head retention and no lacing either. The soft aroma was of floral hops, yeast and some citrus sweetness. The flavors were much bigger than the aroma, sweet and fruity at first followed by the tangy yeast and rich malts. Mildly acidic and tart. Hints of alcohol as it warmed up. The finish was hoppy and citrusy which helped to give the whole experience balance. The mouthfeel was smooth, the body medium and the carbonation soft.

Poured a medium gold/amber color with a decent head. Aroma was one of spice and fruitiness with some hops in background. Taste was somewhat bitter and fruity with a bit of a pucker.

I believe strongly this beer is a Belgian Pale Ale. Doesn't fit other Belgian styles that I've read up on.
