Off the tap at the brewery/tap room this beer was a very murky copper color. The one finger head was a yellowish/beige color, displayed average retention as a collar and left streaky lacing. The aroma was rather light, herbal hops, a little citrusy bitterness and musty malt. The flavors were distinctly herbal and bitter, starting with orange rind (Cascade Hops) it then became more 'green' with leafy hops notes (Chinook?) and a crisp, bitter finish. The mouthfeel was smooth, the body medium/full and the carbonation perfect.
