Pours a dirty blonde color with a thin head into my pint glass.

The aroma is full mostly of sweet malt with little or no hops upfront.

Taste is unique, presenting sweet biscuity malt upfront with a silky smooth texture from the oatmeal.

Mouthfeel retains the silkiness with lingering malt and some hops.

Very interesting example of the style. Drinkable and the oatmeal works magic on the texture. This my friends, is what 3 Needs is all about and that is bucking beer trends. Try it.

Very rarely do I think as highly of any beer, but this one break the rules. First of All, I am going to look further into it, but I believe the best style to classify this are is a American Pale Ale, bassed on its name Oatmeal Pale Ale, and that its brewed in Vermont. It is a style unlike any other I have ever tried.

It appearance is a Pale Banana Cream color, its very opauqe, and you can see the Nitrogenation bubbling around in this one, just like a stout. It's head is white, thick, deep and creamy.

It smell is out of this world, It is smells like a vanilla cream pastry, you get hit with notes of oatmeal & brown sugarl.

Its taste equally spectacular and unique. It is sweet, but not nearly as sweet it smells. Tastes of vanilla, has a sight floral herbal hint. it ends with the taste of oatmeal.

It's mouthfeel, out of this world. The beer itself is creamy, yet the nitrogen tap adds an incredible amount of crisp bubbles, the combination is sensation not to be missed. Its incredible refreshing. Because its pale ale, its also quite light, making it that much more refreshing. Normally this sort of mouthfeel is reserved fro thick dark porters and stouts, and its an absolute refreshing delight to experience it here, in such a light manner.

Overall, I could drink this beer morning till night, unfortunate that would mean I'd likely be an alcoholic and living at Three Needs because its only served in-house on tap. But seriously, this beer should be consumed, and if its on tap the night you're there, don't bother with anything else, just enjoy these one after another, until that kegs kicked, or it's last call.

Three Needs, thank you, thank you for this amazing, refreshing champion of beer.
