Haven't had a beer here in a while.
Pours a pitch black color with a mild cream head. It's what you might expect styke-wise.
Aroma is chock full of mildly-roasted grain with just a hint of cream as well.
Taste is a bit off with a mild cream taste with the slightest hint of roasted malt. If you can get past the harshness, it unfolds nicely.
Mouthfeel has hints of lingering roasted malt and cream. Not much else.
I'm not sure where they went wrong but something is just not right about the first sip. Otherwise, you have an average porter. Why not just stick with Chocolate Thunder Porter? It is their flagship.
