Seems like a new tripel with lower abv.
Pours a light gold color with a thin-head into my glass. Nothing to complain about here.
Aroma is full of spicy yeast with just a hint of raisin. Not bad at all.
Taste? Classic tripel, though it seems too sweet in some spots. Grainy with a strong raisin profile. Strong enough to grow hair on your knuckles.
Mouthfeel is dominated by spicy yeast and sweet raisin. Not bad.
Probably their only saving grace at this point. They've really got to promote Jon's talents, especially with beers like this. Then again, who knows?

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
