The full name of this beer is (Its a nice day for a) Wit Wedding. Surely you remember Billy Idol, 1982, when hair and attitude were pretty much the same thing? Thank goodness its exceedingly cumbersome to name a beer Dancing With Myself Amber.
As for this Belgian-style white beer, I could swear I detected a note of ginger though the brewer informs me it is brewed with coriander and bitter orange peel in the standing Belgian tradition. Wit Wedding proffers the pungent aroma of wit yeast with a dry wheat flavor. It is light straw colored, slightly hazed, and has minimal carbonation with no head or lace.
Not a bad beer though the spiced infusions were none too prominent and I couldnt otherwise get too excited about it. The woman at the bar next to me did though. With a rebel yell, she cried, More, more, more!
