Solid, definitely one of the better pale ale's I've had. Surprising from a small brewery that I have never heard of.

This is a very good beer and my first from this pub.
Bright copper, it has a medium pale tan head steadily shrinking to a foamy ring and wisps, with some lace.
Aroma is caramelised barley, citrus, bread crust, woody spiciness.
Taste is strong toasted, caramelised barley, long spicy herbal-peppery hop bitterness in finish, toastybarley and bread crust with peppery spice in aftertaste.

22 oz bottle. Good to see this local brewpub start bottling. 6% Abv with no bottling dates.
Pours a rusty golden color, with a scant, brown tinged head. It settles to a whispy cover, and doesn't leave much lacing.
Some caramel malts, slightly nutty. Faint floral and pine hops. Nose is overall pretty muted.
Toasted almonds and biscuit malts, with a hint of caramel sweetness. Hops come on, very piney, with a hint of flowers. Pretty dry on the finish, with a lingering hop bitterness.
A pretty average brew. Tasty, but not one to go out of your way for.

This poured a clear yellow with a medium white head and nice lacing. Attractive overall. There was a mild floral hoppy nose. Mouthfeel was light but smooth. Flavor very mild and and again was mostly of the light floral hops. Not much finish, This was a simple but very drinkable APA and would make a good session beer.
