Appearance: Dark Brown with brilliant ruby hues and a great big light brown head everlasting at 1/8 inch. Aroma is sweet and fruity with big roasted chocolate/coffee malts. Taste is initially sweet fruits with a robust mocha coffee center. Finish however is tangy tangerine zest and spicy Down and Willamette hops. The fruit grows intense at room temperature. Citrus is heavy focusing on apricot skin in addition to the tangerine zest. Creamy front and body with a biting dry finish. A bit heavy.
