On-tap at the brewery. Truly a magnificent room. Aroma is excellent with hops right up front. Mouthfeel is not overly chewy, not thin, but a nice balance of both. Taste has a good balance with the hops in the drivers seat and malts riding passenger. A great session APA that I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Aroma! By far the distinguishing characteristic of this beer. Although I detest Cascade hops, this beer explodes with an enticing hop aroma that begs you for quaffing. DRINK ME.
Taste is well-balanced, dry, and medium-bodied.
Just a tinge of caramel in the aftertaste.
Overall, it's a little thin, but let's face it, it's an APA. The brewers try to brew to style here, so it's rather appropriate.
A great session ale from the folks at Angelic Brewing Co.

Pours amber with a tint of yellow and orange. Big, fluffy white head that leaves uneven patches of lace on the glass.
Aroma has a big fruity hop note on top of a toffee and caramel base. Throw in some wheat bready type notes and you have a really nice Pale.
Flavor starts with a caramel and toffee note and transitions into a really fruity and resined hop bittering.
Mouthfeel is fairly full, great transition from sweet to bitter. Well balanced and full feel with a nice coating of the palate.
Drinkability is very solid. Only good beer we had at Angelic, well made and the dry-hopping is noticeable. Adds a really nice floral note to the beer.

Medium amber in color. Thin, creamy beige head.
Citric hops and slight carmel malts on the nose.
Mirror image in the taste. Big lemony, grapefruity hops, only somewhat balanced my the biscuity carmel maltiness.
Pretty full bodied.
A somewhat standard APA, if heartier than most.
Usually placed opposite of the similar Believer's Bitter in Angelic's rotation, but if both are on tap, go for the Bitter.

This is a nice and balanced american pale ale: cloudy amber/orange body with distinct head that laces rather nicely.
The beer is dry-hopped with Cascade hops, but the aroma is dominated by the fruity esters from the fermentation rather than the normal "in-your-face" Cascade blast typical of the Pacific Northwest pale ales. The taste is fruit and malt dominated on top of slight citrus bitterness from hops. This beer has a very full mouth feel. Overall, the beer is not very complex but it is well-balanced and refreshing. Not a beer for hopheads, but a good Middle West American pale ale.
