Peachy-gold hue, served with a fingers worth of white head. Good retention, fair amount of lace. Slightly understated nose. It does lean towards the malty-side with hints of spice. Very-well balanced, refreshing, mild spice & fruit influence, light yet flavorful (in a subtle way). Nicely carbonated. Drinkable to a fault, session-brew material.

A deeper shade of goldenrod. Tight, but fully fluffed ivory head.
Soft malts and spiced lemongrass hops greet the nostrils.
Definite use of pils malts leads to a slightly bready softness up front. Turns drier and more cracker-like midway. Repressed apple-esque fruit esters way in the background. Hops are lightly prickly and spicy with lemon rind bitterness. Essentially a slighty Americanized kolsch. And a pretty good one at that
Crisp, yet delicate firmness inside the mouth. Light but substancial. Nearly impossible not to gobble down rapidly.
A well-done, conservative brew.
