This beer pour a lustrous copper orange color, truly a wonderful looking beer. I get citrus, green apple, and a little plum on the nose. The plum is very understated in both the aroma and taste, but it works well. It has a clean saison flavor, with very little funk. Nice and dry for a fruit beer. My only complaint is the feel is a bit thin.

Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head that leaves lacing all down the glass.
Aroma is strong, ripe plum with a hint of funk and spice.
Big plum flavor right up front followed by a little bit of farmy funk and a sweet hit and a dry and refreshing finish.
Medium and bubbly.
Overall, very tasty.

16oz shaker pint on-tap at the brewery.
A: Served a slightly hazy honey color with a thin collar.
S: Light notes of sugary plums and straw, with slight pepper and gummy candy.
T: Wheat, pepper, spice, and gummy candy. Slight grape, slight apple. Plum is strong and ripe but very sugary. Green apple in finish. Slight champagne yeast flavor as well. The aftertaste is minerally with lingering sugar.
M: Light body, slightly greasy but mostly dry mouthfeel, tingly ample carbonation that’s slightly prickly.
O: Just ok. Interesting flavor but not my favorite.
