This beer was stout black, tan head was good at first but shrunk away slowly. Lacing was sparse at best. Wonderful fresh roasty aroma, with some licorice notes. Robust roasty taste had some coffee and licorice notes, subtle hopping. Good solid mouthfeel and at 4.8%, this was quite nice and drinkable. Another solid offering from Moylan's.
