On-tap at the brewery as “Summer Kolsh”. Served in a pint glass.

A: Served a clear straw color with a finger of fluffy white head. A great long lasting film left rings of fine lace down the glass.
S: Strong grain profile, toasted grains and pale malts, slight golden and stone fruits and bready yeast. Smells easy and great.
T: Follows the nose with pale malts all the way. Straw, grains and yeast all in excellent proportion. The finish is creamy and quick.
M: Creamy mouthfeel, drying and smooth, medium-light body, fizzy but soft carbonation. Fairly crisp and definitely refreshing.
O: Overall a great kolsh. Solid and easy to drink. Great with a meal.

A pretty decent Kolsch- appearance is decent, light in color and very clean looking. Nice head and lacing. Smell and taste mirror each other, caramelly and pilsner-esc with nice light floral hops on the back end. Mouthfeel is good, light but not watery with some carbonation. Drinkability is very good.
