Copenhagen 7/11 2019. 47,3 cl can from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Yellow can with painted on small droplets of condesation. Suppose it should looks like champagne.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, vineous in a white Wine-ish way and with a light citric touch. Sweet fruitiness with a little Peach and Pineapple. Stronger odor of citrus with light sour notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a medium strong sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undercurrent. Vineous dry finish.
A bit sweet for a Brut IPA. But then again - a Cava can be pretty sweet.
