This Hefe-weizen poured a very hazy wheat golden color with very little foam and a little lace. The smell of wheat was real strong with an aroma of yeast and cloves. The taste was as the aroma but with outstanding flavor of cloves and yeast. A well balance of bitterness/sweetness to off set the flavor. This was a very injoyable beer and quite a surprise.
