swapped out two fav canned goods for a can of this stuff at a superstar location. enjoyed from a tap n barrel wine glass.

a - brew pours a murky semi transparent orange with a massive frothy head that left sheets of lace on the glass.

s - nose is a fairly complex malt and grain mix with a sprinkling of light citrus. fairly earthy.

t/m/o - any hints of sitrus in the nose are squashed on the first sip as this is a malt bomb. nice mix of grains and makes though producing a fairly flavorful beverage. nothing mind melting but enjoyable beer. glad to have gotten the taste and happy with a single can instead of a 6er.

I picked this brew up in a 2 cans of perishable food for 1 can of beer trade (a part of Long Island Cares food drive). Poured a light orange/copper color with a plentiful white head. The smell is mostly grass, citrus and honey. The taste had a forward hop character similar to most session IPAs with bright, sweet honey and apricot notes. The mouth feel was bright and moderate in carbonation with smooth creaminess in the malts and sugars. Overall, I would pick this up in a six or bomber if they decide to go full production.
