A - Light apricot. Relatively low head for the style, but nice lace and retention.
S - Bubble gum, clove, ripe banana. Dead on classic.
T - Bubble come and banana straight from the nose. Water cracker middle. Mild clove spice on the back end.
M - Soft, smooth and well carbonated. Medium body. Floral-sweet finish.
D - Easy drinking.
O - Well executed. There's nothing new or different about this brew, but it's spot on for a refreshing classic Heff.

Had this over the summer and wasn't impressed. Brickhouse offers great beers but this isnt one of them. There was hardly any head at all and minimal lacing. Flavor was rather bland but had faint hints of bananas and clove typical to the style. Overall a pass on this one.

First visit at Brick House.
A mediocre hefe but an easy drinker.
Pours cloudy orange, but very faded, not as orange as many other hefes. Slight swirls of head, but nothing much there. Not a lot of lacing either. Smells of light bananas and a tiny bit of spice, but was expecting more again. Taste follows with an overly light flavor, no yeasts, malts, or sourness. Overall, pretty watery, but again easy to drink.
