Poured a medium copper hue with a two finger frothy with head. There was good retention and sticky lacing.
The smell featured a soft caramel malt and an earthy hop spice.
The taste consisted of a buttery bread malt, soft caramel and light creaminess. There was an earthy hop that kept the lovely malts in check.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a delicious, well made and seemingly authentic Oktoberfest.

Poured a light orange/yellow into the pint glass. Nose was slightly fruity and bready.
The taste was fairly standard as far as amber lagers go, not as sweet as other Oktoberfests, but plenty drinkable. A nice hint of light fruits in there. It's a pretty standard no-frills marzen, good for watching Monday Night Football in the fall.
