This is a new one at Brickhouse, an American spin on a classic pilsener. It pours a clear golden color with a thin white head atop it. Grassy and herbal nose with a hint of sweetness.
I was surprised at how fully flavored and balanced this beer was. Grassy, herbal, and pine hops are offset by a sturdy caramel malt. Everything here has a nice equilibrium. Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated. I've already gone back once just for this brew, I hope they keep it on all the time. One of their best.
