A - Hazed copper, white head has good retention and impressive lace.
S/T - Bitter, resinous pine hops backed up by a typical east coast ipa malt backbone of sweet caramel and bready malts. Finishes mostly bitter with more pine hops. Some floral aspect to the nose, but mostly two dimensional.
M - Medium to full in body, resin oils coat the inside of the mouth, finishes mostly dry and on the bitter side.
O - Good, solid pale ale, just not complex enough to warrant a higher rating.

On tap at the Brickhouse. Listed at 8% with Cascade Hops on the chalkboard.
A - Cloudy orange pour with a thin white foam, decent lacing.
S - Smells of oily hops. The scent is potent.
T - Starts out with a taste of grain. Has a bitterness of hops with a biting finish.
M - Well balanced. The hop profile might make this a hard beer to session.
O - Enjoyable. Maybe my favorite from Brickhouse.

Anarchy is a little different each time. This batch is 7.5%abv. Very smooth and refreshingly hoppy-esque. High quality appearance and exceptional taste. Initially, minute citris on the tongue followed by full blown golden hop flavor that doesn't tire. Enjoyable pint after pint.

Poured a medium copper hue with a one finger frothy white head. There was very good retention and sticky lacing.
The smell featured a healthy dose of "C" hops and a moderately grainy malt.
The taste consisted of an upfront hop that melted into a round caramel malt. Good residual herbalness.
The mouthfeel was super clean and light considering the ABV.
Overall a very tasty and user friendly APA.
