Served in a pint glass.
A: Cloudy, orange, with an abnormally creamy head.
S: A sour creamy scent. My friend remarked that it smelled like cheese. He is absolutely right -- it smells exactly like cheese.
T: Cheesy-cream with a fruity vibe. Round and creamy. The aftertaste is sour and, yes, cheesy. Odd.
M: Creeeeam...
D: Frankly too strange to be very drinkable...too much cream, too much cheese.

Tasted by a pint at my local Wetherspoon's pub, The Capitol, at Forest Hill, SE London. The ale should be absolutely fresh, as it was tasted on the first day when the cask was on.
A: it pours a clear, dark copper hue, coming with a stunning, nice and frothy off-white beer head (poured w/o a sparkler) that lasts throughout the drink, and leaves extremely tight lacing curtains as it goes.
S: an intriguing touch of matellic malts and Fuggles' hops (and a bit of sharp hop resins, I reckon?) upfront; also picked-up are caramel and an herbal hint of licorice... Overall, it smells... "autumny", but not exactly my cup of tea.
T: the weird metallic touch of malts and tea-leafy tannins lead the way, followed by semi-roasted as well as caramel malts which soon overwhelm the palate; firmly at the backbone is a tinge of ripe, sour-sweet plums and more hops, while the finish reveals a mild touch of roast tea-leafy bitterness and more bitter-sweetness of amber malts to linger in the end. Easy and smooth.
M&D: the mouthfeel is pretty good, very soft on the carbonation just like a fresh cask should be; the pronounced malty theme makes this beer a smooth autunmy bitter, albeit slightly one-dimensional in terms of body and flavour. Not bad, when on form.
