Fizzy and hazy golden yellow, bubbly white head. Scent is bready with moderate amounts of banana, bubblegum and clove, some grassyness. Taste straightforward, bready, lightly tangy wheat, banana and bubblegum, lightly sweet, spice and grassy. Lighter side of medium bodied. Decent drinking wheat - straight forward if anything.

First had: on tap at the Garden State Craft Brewers Guild 15th Annual Beer Festival, USS New Jersey, Camden, NJ
Brought out of retirement I suppose. Poured a hazy golden brown with a small, fluffy, white head. Yes, banana and clove in the aroma, with a bit of extra fruitiness that didn't fully come out until it touched the tongue. Pale malts in the taste, with lots of apple actually, more subdued banana, and a bit of clove spiciness. Light bodied; typical wheaty texture, but not too harsh or acidic, making it smoother and more drinkable.

I know wheat beers are supposed to be cloudy, but I thought this one is a little too murky. It has a good aroma of banana and clove, though I think the clove is more dominant, while I prefer the banana to be. It is balanced well and has the clove spice throughout.

A deep golden colored brew. It was a bit darker than I had anticipated. A big nose of bananas and cloves, just the way it should be.
It is nice and crisp with a very tingly carbonation that bites the tongue at times. A hint of citrus here and there, but mostly a banana flavor throughout. There are moments of graininess, and a slight notes of clove throughout. It is very well balanced and well brewed. A definite must have weiss from a great little brewery.
