Slightly hazed copper with a thin, creamy head that sticks around and leaves lacing on the glass.
The smell is of grapefruity citrus, pine, floral notes with caramel undertones.
The taste is citric - grapefruit and oranges - piney, resiny. Nice hop profile with caramel sweetness in the back, giving it a nice balance and holding the hops together. Robust flavor. Hops assertive until the bready, caramelish balance comes out in the finish, rounding it out nicely.
It has a firm, high side of medium, body. Dry.
A very nice example of the style. Nice and hoppy, but well-balanced as well. I do highly recommend this one!
