Picked up a growler of this today to enjoy with some friends.
A: It's pitch black with a decent head. Not much lacing to speak of in terms of this tan head.
S: Good chocolate and roasty aroma. Slight hint of coffee too.
T: Good chocolaty taste with a touch of roastiness. It's not overly sweet but a little more bitterness to balance it out would be nice.
M: It is a bit watery and light and almost no creaminess to speak of. On a positive note there is no chalkiness to this beer either.
D: It is very easy to drink and the growler was definitely a good choice. Something I could get again.
