"Blend 1/3 stout with 2/3 Oak du Cherrie and make a Cherry Stout"
A - dark brown/hazy red, very little head, small amounts of lacing
S - smokey, oaked, malty, and sweet caramel
T - perfect smoked taste from the balance of the stout's malty caramel flavor and the Oak du Cherrie's oaked taste. an incredibly tasty beer
M - crisp, sweet, smooth (especially for a heavy stout!)
O - this combination is way better than both beers by themselves and makes me extremely happy to be sitting in front of a growler right now!
