On-tap at Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery, Berkeley Heights, NJ

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color with some amber hues and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a bright white head that died down and left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is rather grassy and has underlying hints of bready malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsener has a nice amount of grassy hops without being overpowering, although the hops do still manage to deliver some bite.

Pours a clear golden yellow color, bubbly cap of foam. Scent brings nice clean and fresh dried grain and pils malts, earthy and spicy hops. Quick hoppy bite, fresh grain and malt - nice clean flavor. Lighter side of medium bodied, light creamyness but crisp. Solid pils all around and one of the better brews sampled.
