On-tap at Kelso Brewery, Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of bready and cracker malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This isn't a bad pilsener, although I didn't get much in the way of juniper in the smell or taste.
