Served at the River Horse tasting room 2/23/14
Poured into a flight sized cup- did not appear to be extraordinary in looks or taste.
Smelled very sweet- vanilla was definitely present upon sniffing.
Tasted this at room temperature. The vanilla was very up front in first sipping the beer and subsequently while swirling it around. Very tasty considering the ale itself is quite malty and almost a bit darker like a stout. With the vanilla- icing on the cake.
Should be released in limited quantities to the public!
