Medium carbonation with about the same for the body. Cloudy pale gold/yellow color.
Aroma is a really pleasant mix of fresh lemon peel, lemon juice, malt,floral with some funk
Taste is the best part as it definitely has the bitter lemon which lingers as a sour taste on the tongue. But it's not eye watering sour,there is just enough sweetness to round off the rough edges.
River horse has produced some excellent beer and this one was a hit for me. Perfect summertime beer that I would seek out again
