A Rare Beer Club offering. Pours a gold color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. No discernable aroma. Tastes of tangy spices and citrus. Finish is somewhat bitter.

750 ml bottle from rare beer club. Pours hazy orange with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head, nice lacing and lovely carbonation. Aroma is of grassy hops, lemon grass, biscuit malt and spices. Body is full and tangy. Herbal hops, Belgian yeast, pale malt, spices, alcohol, cotton candy and citrus fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long and spicy. Great brew.

Poured from 750 mL bottle into weizen glass.
A: Pours a very slightly hazy orange-yellow hue with very active carbonation jets fueling a 1-2 inch frothy white head with good retention.
S: Orange citrus, toasted grains, clove, a hint of honeyed melon and an herbal note.
T: Honeyed melon and orange citrus hit first, followed by herbal mint, toasted grains, clove, and a hint of banana.
M: Light body. Citrus sweetness with smooth grains. A hint of a bitter note in the finish seems a bit off, but maybe that is coming from the lemongrass.
D: A good offering for style and an interesting as well as refreshing brew.
