A: A light caramel-ice tea coloring shows a dense showering of carbonation. Huge, frumpy tan head is two plus inches, and is well retaining. Glass dressing is light, speckled, and loosely packed.
S: Lots of plums on the initial nose, smooth chocolate and some dried barley grains. Fair strength with vague hints of dried milk creamer.
T: The flavor was caramel base, with some spicy elements of cinnamon and cardamom most notably. Spicy cola accents with creamy chocolate and cocoa-almond has some citric hop edginess. Dark fruit of plums, dry barley and a peppery citric flair finishes things out.
M: Full malty body, dry, with some chalky-powdery layering on the tongue.
O: A nice xmas beer, spicy, with cinnamon and cardamom accents perfect for the holiday warming spirit. Sweet caramel-cola malt base with a citric-peppery bite.

Cloudy dark amber,brownish appearance.
About medium carbonation with at least an average body.
Aroma was malty,spice,yeasty bread.
Taste was sweet but just enough without coming even close to cloying.
This was one of the best winter warmer I've had in a long time
