Maryland’s first and only female owned brewery, Barley & Hops is a unique blending of award winning craft beer and amazing food with regular Happy Hour specials and live local music.
Opening in 2016, Lori Keough brought together the perfect blending of a remarkable Brewmaster and Executive Chef making Barley & Hops a destination brewery.
Brewmaster, Eric Gleason, not only won the Comptroller’s Cup (previously called the Governor’s Cup) for 2016, but 20 additional medals with seven gold. Executive Chef, Jake Howard, brings together comfort food and pub fare with his own signature stylings in a beer-centric manner. Additionally, B&H features free live local music every Wednesday and Friday nights.
