Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, head is off white and presents 1/2 inch thick, head dissipates thin ring on glass edge and thin top.
Smell is subdued at first; notes of grass and herbal hops, light pilsner malt, some biscuit.
Taste is very well done with pleasant hop and malt flavors: notes of grassy, herbal hops, more prominent pilsner and biscuit malt than the aroma.
Mouthfeel is crisp carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness for style.
Overall another well executed Straub lager - in style, very flavorful, and very drinkable.
