12oz can from Straub. Clear golden pour, filmy white head. Light grainy aroma, cereal. Taste is biscuity, grainy but has some minor corn oil notes. Slick.

Poured from the can into a nonic pint
A: clear golden light straw with a massive rocky head that dissipates into a thick disk of tight white bubbles.
S: fairly grainy and faint esters yeast up.
T: light lager clean with a very light yeast tang. Yeast presents with a light leather note too, characteristic of Straubs house yeast I have noticed. Pleasant.
M: Slick grain profile on mid palate then yields to slight chalkiness and a funky lemony wisp.
O: it is a more subdued Straub lager and great warm weather brew to ice down and drink up.
