A little cloudy, light amber color. Just right pour foam, lingered a little. Aroma a light hoppiness, not too strong. Malt taste as expected for a DIPA, there but not dominant, nice combo with the dank pine hops which over ride light fruit flavor. Body just right, no alcohol sting at all.

On tap at Dale Bros. Brewery in Upland, CA.
Pours a hazy orange-brown with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thick swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus fruit, citrus zest, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer with solid citrus forward hop aromas, but the flavors aren't as good to me.
Serving type: on tap.
