This beer poured a medium amber that strangely appeared unfiltered. head retention was minimal as was lacing. Nice earthy malty aroma, inviting. Taste profile was simple, toasted malt, and a subtle hopping. Mouthfeel a bit on the thin side, but that was fine. Cask smoothness was welcome, served at cellar temp, and this is a brew that you can have a few of very enjoyably, while checking out the waves of the Pacific. I wish Mild was made more often by our craft brewers.
