On-tap at the Park Chalet 6/11/06
A: Pours a dark copper color. No head when it arrived at my table, but ther was moderate lacing.
S: Smooth malty aroma
T: Malt flavor with nutty unndertones. The flavor was fleet and quickly left the palate. Some astringency in the finish.
M: Listed as "full-bodied", I found it to have more of a medium body with light carbonation.
D: Not an outstanding beer, but a very easy drinker. Probably my favorite of the 3 or 4 beers that I've had from here.
