Was super bummed out to find them all-out of Saison du Plage, because it rocks so hard...
The brewers new feat was called Hop Session.
Appearance> Dark yellow, lively, little foamy head, no retention
looked a lot like your standard American IPA
Smell> Metallic :( and hops
Taste> Tasted like an American Pale, with added sweetness of
honey, and a hop bite to the finish. Not well balanced.
Mouthfeel> meh. 3.
Drinkability> Once is fine, but I couldn't have a lot.
I REALLY like the Beach Chalet. The service is usually not so hot, even on a slowday, but the food and beer are fabulous.
